Central Oil & Supply is certified by Shell’s Distributor Product Quality Assurance (DPQA) program, which is the lubricant industry’s most stringent national inspection program for handling and packaging of bulk lubricants. This program assures customers of Central Oil & Supply and Shell that bulk oil and lubricant packaging exceeds industry standards. The Shell DPQA program reviews procedures and specifications, which includes inspections of proper piping and pumping systems and overall protection of the Shell product chain of custody.

Central Oil & Supply has shown by meeting Shell’s DPQA standards in 121 key items regarding bulk lubricants that our procedures, sampling, facilities, records and total lubricant handling is designed to maintain product integrity.
